The Climate Compensation Culture

The two largest polluting nations on the planet are the United States and China. They are both large nations. The USA has almost the largest per capita pollution in the world (I think that dishonour goes to Australia) and China produces the largest volume of pollutants, many of which are to service the so called need of the United States of America. In China very low wages, lack of significant good environmental compliance obligation, plenty of cheap coal produced energy and a low level of tort costs together provide very cheap goods for the consumption of wealthy markets where quantity, rather than quality, is king.
