The Logic of Greek Loan Repayments

I think that Greece are onto something when they ask Germany to repay the value of assets stolen by Germany from Greece in the Second World War. The logic is simple: if loans taken out five and ten years ago cannot be forgiven and must be repaid, then why should not loans taken out sixty and seventy years ago (at the point of a gun) also be repaid?
