Trusting Dreams? So many lives are being lost and so many new replacements are being born. Like all animals humans if they fear the loss of a child make as many as they kind, just in case their fears come to pass. We mate with many and try to create many. We are growing in numbers on the face of the world, and now try to preserve what we know and with what we are familiar, even though what we now know is very different from what our forbears knew. We dream of perfection but have lost it, even if we never had it we have lost the dream of it. It is an ugly, disappointing truth. We cannot find what we have lost and our dreams seem to describe both what we have lost and where we have lost it. We cannot keep our dreams intact. They are messy. We can no longer trust our dreams.
