Not A Review of 2013

The papers and television and radio are filled with reviews of the year 2013, because traditionally the year ends on 31st December. I will not review 2013. There can be little value in doing so. I shall not look ahead to 2014 either because there is less value in fortune telling then there is in summarising recent history. What I shall do is list what did not happen in 2013.

  • There was not peace in the world
  • The lives and identity of many people were not respected
  • Nuclear weapons were not banned
  • Chemical weapons were not destroyed
  • The Arms industry did not lose its influence and people did not stop dying as a result
  • Corruption in office was not abolished
  • Humanity did not make fewer mistakes or even fewer serious errors of judgment

I am a human and I sigh for humanity.

“Here on earth they bore their fruitage, mirth and folly were the crop:
What of soul was left, I wonder, when the kissing had to stop?”

  1. Humans are the illuminate crop from the first born Rob, we are all stealing from each others mind, top to bottom, it is being encouraged as we speak, when this stops and all get an equal share the healing can begin.
